Wedding Collection Guide
The Wedding Collection Guide will help you in your ordering process as you choose the customizations for your wedding stationery. Please read below to learn about our process and visualize the customization options that we offer.
Ordering Process
For Personalized & Semi-Custom Collections
-
You will have the option to select a package that suits your style and budget.
Then, choose the closest quantity to how many invitations you are sending out then add to cart. We recommend ordering extras for keepsakes or last-minute guests.
-
Once purchased, a contract will be sent to your email within one business day including a form to collect the wording and other information such as colors for your suite.
We will create the proof with your details and send it to you for review.
-
The personalized Collection includes two proofs with one round of revisions, while the Semi-Custom Collection includes three proofs with two rounds of revisions. Each additional round will incur a fee.
-
Once the proof has been approved, your order will be sent to production. It is where your order will be printed and assembled if embellishments are included. Recipient addresses will also be collected.
-
When your invitations are complete, they will be assembled and sealed. Postage stamps will be added and your invitations will be dropped off at our local post office. You can also request to have your order shipped to you if preferred.
-
Personalized Collection takes about six weeks, and Semi-Custom Collection takes about eight weeks from start to finish. The timeline depends on the availability of the supplies needed for the project and the client's response time.
For Personalized and Semi-Custom Collections, we recommend reaching out to us at least ten to twelve, months in advance for save-the-dates, eight months in advance for invitations, and four months in advance for day-of stationery to ensure we have availability and sufficient time to create your invitation.
For Bespoke Collection
-
To begin, request a quote to get an idea of the project cost. We will get back to you with a quote based on the project scope within two business days. Once you approve the quote, you can review and sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit.
-
A form will be sent to your email within one business day to collect the information for your suite. We will then put together a mood board that is in line with your vision within five business days.
-
After finalizing the mood board, we will create draft designs for you to choose from within ten business days and suggest materials that best represent your style. These designs include color palettes, paper, printing techniques, and embellishment options.
-
After you have chosen a draft design, we will refine the selected design and create a digital mock-up of your invitation suite within five business days.
-
To confirm that you are satisfied with the design, the Bespoke Collection includes four proofs with three rounds of revisions. Each revision will take about three business days to return and will depend on the client's response time. Each additional round will incur a fee.
-
Your order will be sent to production once you have approved the proof. It is where we will acquire the supplies, print the designs, and assemble the embellishments. We will also collect the recipient addresses. Production will take about four to five weeks or more, depending on the client’s response time and availability of the materials.
-
When your invitations are complete, we will drop them off at our local post office. It takes five to seven business days for the invitation to reach the recipient. You can also request to have your order shipped to you if preferred. If so, shipping takes about two to five business days. For international orders, we will ship the invitations to the client.
-
The whole process usually takes twelve weeks or more, depending on the availability of the supplies needed for the project and the client's response time.
We recommend reaching out to us at least ten to twelve months in advance for save-the-dates, eight months in advance for invitations, and four months in advance for day-of stationery to ensure we have availability and sufficient time to create your bespoke invitation.
